Some ramblings here and there...
GAH. My sister is having exams right now... I wish I could be there to give her some support, some encouragement, as this one really means a lot to her. It could make or break her so I'm a little worried as well. Can't do much while I'm here, though, except pray she'll be okay. I'm hoping my presents will arrive soon, perhaps they'll set her mind at ease, if only for a little while. Amos is back from London... he had a great time, but spent too much. LOL. He got most of the things I asked for - vanilla extract (not flavouring!), Oreos, casserole mixes and English toffeeeeeee! :D Not to mention he gave me some of the new coins as well. Whee! ^.^ We had dinner together last night... I used one of the mixes from my previous trip - Chicken Chasseur. It was good stuff! Mmmmm... So yus! Somehow Marzipan managed to get into our cabinet where Reuby keeps his cleaning stuff - soap powder, toilet cleaner, etc. - and ate some of the stuff Reuby uses to clean the clogged pipes. It's... yo! time for some updates. have been damn occupied with work and outing with friends. i couldn't believe that mh actually worked OT for her job. but it seems like it is inevitable during the payroll period. taking care of the payroll of 500 people wasn't as easy as i thought. however calculating some of their pays were actually quite challenging. there was times when i couldn't figure out why the system shows that amount but after awhile of cracking my brain, i finally got the idea. and wooo i felt like i'd solved a difficult maths question. on top of that, i've a really bad cough for more than a week already. not sure whether it's the environment or what which caused that. i guess everyone who shared the same bus with me wanna kill me badly as i'm basically a germs spreading machine. well going home by bus is really sian to max since there's like jams everywhere especially on rainy days. and i was always rushing home to catch the 7pm mediacorp drama. i always have to miss at least...
